So, I wouldn’t call these the smartest criminals in the world – Matthew McNelly and Joey Miller of Carroll, Iowa were arrested for attempted robbery. Do you like their masks? They actually used SHARPIES to draw on a disguise. Check out their mug shots taken shortly after their arrest. I am sure they are totally unrecognizable.
