This is Zara Hartshorn. She suffers from lipodystrophy, a disease that makes her appear aged beyond her years. Lipodystrophy is a syndrome that deteriorates the fatty tissue that supports the skin and affects less than 2000 people in the world.

I’ve heard of Lipodystrophy, it has one good side, because if you have it, you cant get fat, no matter what you eat. It’s described as “Dieter’s Utopia”.

Omg! Seriously, I really hope something is done about this because a 13 year old baby doesn’t deserve this! Just think about this childs self-esteem! I’m sad for her!!
