Woman Arrested for Facebook Poke!

Shannon D. Jackson of Hendersonville, Tennessee, now faces charges over violating a restraining order. For what you say? Believe It or Not!, Ms. Jackson “poked” someone on Facebook! Dana M. Hannah has a restraining order on Jackson and the “poke” is technically communication.
On September 25th she was sent to the Sumner County Jail with a bond of $1500 and could spend an additional 29 days in jail and receive a fine of $2500 if found guilty.

i dont think it is fair that a woman is in jail becase she sent a poke to somebody . when you send something like that to someone it is NOT ment as someting bad and i dont understand how someone can take it that way .
