Forget the Turducken, Try this 12 Bird Roast Instead!

Have you ever heard of a TurDucken…a chicken stuffed inside a duck stuffed inside a Turkey? It is pretty popular for the Holidays, but if you really wanna blow your family’s socks off for dinner, try this: a 12 Bird True Love Roast. Created with the meat of 12 different kinds of birds, all stuffed into a giant turkey:
Goose, pheasant, Aylesbury Duck, Barbary Duck, Poussin, Guinea Fowl, Partridge, Pigeon, Squab, Mallard Duck and a quail. It also includes 8 different stuffings. It is a bit pricey too…just over $1000 USD, but this roast weighs just about 50 pounds and will serve 125 people.
