Q. How long does it take to tour the museum?

ANSWER: All attractions are self-guided, allowing you to walk through at your leisure.  Time allotment for Ripley’s Believe It or Not! is between 1 to 1 ½ hours.

Q. Can I take pictures?

ANSWER: Yes, we encourage both photos and videos to record your visit to our attractions. Please share your experience with us!

Q. Where can I park?

ANSWER: There are several surface parking lots within a two-block radius of our attractions.  Garage parking is available across the street.

Q. Is the museum wheelchair accessible?

ANSWER: Due to the location of our attractions in registered, old buildings we must advise you, that access is not wheelchair user friendly.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

ANSWER: We accept cash, all major credit cards, and traveler’s checks.

Q. Can I buy tickets online?

ANSWER: No, but you can call us directly to reserve your tickets or buy them at any of our ticket counters.

Q. Where can I find coupons or discounts?

ANSWER: Our coupons can be found in many places.  Various downtown magazines, maps and brochure stands offer our discounts.

Q. Do you offer group rates?

ANSWER: Discounted rates are available for any group of 12 or more people. More group information here.

Q. Can I set up a field trip?
