After over 90 years of searching and collecting exotic artifacts and unbelievable stories Ripley's has come to understand that "B.I.O.N.s" (Believe It or Nots!) can be found anywhere and anytime, but you have to be continually looking - including any village, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse and doghouse...
To this day, we continue to search for and curate exotic artifacts, unconventional artwork, animal oddities, extreme human beings, ancient and modern day relics and unbelievable stories among other things.

The world of Ripley’s Believe It or Not! is filled with the world’s odd, unusual and unbelievable – but Believe It or Not!, our stories and exhibits are all 100% true!
We admit, we’re not your typical ‘museum’ or as we like to call em – Odditoriums – our collection is more on the side of things that mother nature swept under the rug.
We’re actually kinda proud and a little bit smug about our authenticity, which is thoroughly researched with irrefutable facts. So whether you see it or read it in our newspaper cartoon feature, on our television show in our Odditoriums or in our books – you can and should believe it.

We continue to scour the globe for the world’s Believe It or Nots – stories and exhibits that redefine our definition of ‘normal’ as we know it. Check out some of our newest acquisitions which can be seen in a number of Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditoriums (many of them here in Baltimore) around the world – including but not limited to Transformers made out of car parts, miniature art sculptures, Hogwarts School of Wizardry model made out of matchsticks, a Ferrari made out of yarn, vampire killing kits and a Michael Jackson made out of soda pop cans!
