Tour Tips and Rules

• Advanced Group Reservations are required. Please use our Online Registration Form.
• Groups must be 10 or more to qualify for a group rate. Groups may pay for tickets in advance or upon arrival. You have the option to pay by cash, organization/traveler’s check, credit card, or purchase order. Checks payable to Phillips Entertainment, Inc.
• We do allow you to use cameras, as well as video cameras.
• Because of limited space, we are unable to accommodate sack lunches; however, there is a beautiful plaza area across the street.
• Teacher, parent and/or chaperone must accompany group in museum at all times. One adult should be in front, middle, and back of group.
• No running inside museums.
• Purchase all your souvenirs in Guinness World Records Museum and Ripley’s Haunted adventure located at the front of each attraction.
