Lego Cars Race at 25mph

Engineers at Åbo Akademi University have created the ultimate Mentos and Coke experiment.

Dubbed The CoMet Machine, it works by harnessing the Mentos and Coke reaction. When the foaming liquid comes out of the nozzle, it causes a spool to spin.

A fishing line connected to a Lego car  is wound up on the spool giving the car a speed of speed of 40 km/h (25mph). Vrooom!
