85 Year Old Builds Cathedral Single-Handedly

This cathedral constructed out of salvaged materials, has been a project 50 years in the making. Justo Martinez an 85 year old from Madrid, has been working on this amazing cathedral single-handedly since he left an order of Monks due to an illness. He has dedicated his life to building a church using his own money and land. Built almost entirely from local materials that he has salvaged, the 131 foot cathedral only needs a roof, windows, and permits.
