A safe experience
Your safety is important to us. We are following the guidelines of the health authorities and have taken enhanced health and safety measures to ensure your visit is both enjoyable and safe.
Guests aged 15 or over must show Coronapas upon arrival. The Coronapas is documentation of one of the following:
- a negative COVID-19 test taken within the previous 72 hours. The documentation must include your name, time of when the test was taken, and test result. In connection with this guests aged 15 or over must also show ID. This may be a driving license, the Danish yellow national health service card, passport, or other official ID issued by the authorities.
- a positive COVID-19 test, that was conducted at least 14 and up to 180 days prior to your visit.
- proof of completed vaccine. Guests must have received the last vaccine at least two weeks before visiting.
You must present the documentation either in print or as a screenshot on your phone. Children up to and including 14 years of age are not required to present a negative test. Please note that we do not store any of the information that you show us. Read more on the official COVID-19 site here.
Pre-booking is not necessary. We keep track of the number of visitors inside the attraction, and wait times tend to be short.
Pre-Booked tickets and discount coupons
Do you have a ticket that expired in 2020? Or do you have a discount coupon that expired during the 2020 closure? Don’t worry – your tickets and coupons ARE VALID in 2021.
Keep at least 2 meters distance to other guests not in your group and staff.
Contact surfaces are cleaned several times daily, and there is hand sanitizer available at entrances, exits, and throughout the museum.
Stay home if you have symptoms of COVID-19. This also applies to mild symptoms. Help us keep our visitors and staff safe.
