Hoang Tran is a pop-culture junkie who turned his interest into profitable art.

Tran carves pop-culture icons into Crayola crayons. These fun little pieces become even more alive when he adds a pop of color. Tran melts down other crayon colors and adds them to his tiny sculptures as an accent.

He has some pretty great series: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Batman, South Park… but my favorite has to be Star Wars.
