Episode 97
Since its beginning, the Girl to Gorilla illusion has been a hit on circus and carnival midways around the world. Using mirrors, it appears the beautiful girl is slowly turning into a big hairy ape and as she does, the mesmerized crowds stood there silently until something happens that sends them all screaming out of the tent! Sideshow historian James Taylor visits Ripley Radio this week and tells us the reason behind that mass exodus at practically every show.[image_border img=”http://www.ripleys.com/weird/files/2012/04/gorilla_girl.png” caption=”” pos=”right” border=”true” buffer=”true” /]

lay 100 to 400 eggs. If the room is not warm enough to keep the tank nicely heated, you
can use a lamp and a ceramic light bulb.
Many reptile bulbs also do not meet the requirements for most of these species.
