FAQ

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Dankort, and MobilePay. American Express is not an accepted form of payment.

How long does it take to tour the attraction?

On average, it takes at least an hour to see all our museum has to offer. However, our attractions are self-guided, allowing you to walk through at your own pace. Everyone’s experience is different. You can enjoy the attraction leisurely or embark on a quick tour. Stay for as long or as little as you like!

Can I bring a pushchair or large luggage?

Our attractions are on two levels, so pushchairs are not recommended. Unfortunately, we are not able to store pushchairs or luggage in our lobby. As an alternative, pushchairs can be left outside on the bike parks. All other belongings must remain with the guest at all times.

Do I need to buy tickets for young children?

Small children under the age of 4 enter for free, but kids older than 4 require a child ticket.

Do I have to print my tickets?

No, tickets do not need to be printed. You'll be able to retrieve your tickets directly from your phone once you receive them in your email.

Do I need to make a reservation or book a time slot?

Reservations are not required. Tickets are valid for one year from date of purchase.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, you can buy tickets at the front desk right when you enter our museum.

We’re committed to creating accessible adventures

We foster accessibility for all visitors, and remove barriers to participation for guests with disabilities. Our team is trained to accommodate guests with different abilities, and we accommodate service animals. Located in a historic building, only the first floor of our attraction is wheelchair accessible. Please reach out to us with any specific accessibility questions so we can help plan your visit.

Wheelchairs

Located in historic buildings, our attractions are limited in their ability to accommodate wheelchair users.

  • Ripley’s Believe It or Not! is mostly navigable, with about a third of the attraction not accessible.

  • Hans Christian Andersen Experience is fully accessible.

  • Guinness World Records Museum and Mystic Exploratorie is, unfortunately, inaccessible to wheelchair use currently.

If you have reduced mobility and would like more details, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Service Animals

Guide dogs for the blind, service dogs (as defined in the ADA) for people with disabilities and working service dogs in training are permitted inside the attraction. Pets are not allowed. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
