Copenhagen Refunds

Tickets are valid one year from purchase. For tickets bought in advance on our website, you may cancel your ticket prior to use by sending an unequivocal cancellation request to [email protected] . The email must contain your full name and ticket number. We will issue a refund to the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. There is no right of cancellation for tickets purchased in person.
