Wagons are no longer permitted inside the aquarium. Starting February 1, 2024, we have implemented a new stroller policy to enhance the safety and enjoyment of your visit.
Permitted Strollers: Standard strollers are always permitted at Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies.
Restricted Stroller Types: Wagons, wagon strollers, side by side strollers, push cars, and ride-ons are not permitted. This ensures that guests of all ages and abilities can maneuver through the Aquarium safely.
Exemptions: Guests requiring specialty strollers or wagons for medical or sensory purposes are exempt from this policy.
