How long does it take to tour the Attractions?
It takes approximately 1 to 2 hours to tour the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium.
Our Attractions are self-guided, allowing you to walk through at your own pace. Everyone’s experience is different. You can enjoy the Attraction leisurely or embark on a quick tour. Stay for as long or as little as you like!
Don’t forget about our other Attractions, including Ripley’s 5D Moving Theater, Ripley’s Haunted Adventure, Ripley’s Super Fun Zone, Ripley’s Mirror Maze, and Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach!

Are the Attractions wheelchair accessible?
All of our Attractions are wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant. The Odditorium is wheelchair- and stroller-friendly with an elevator for guests to use.
Are service animals allowed?
Dogs and miniature horses are the only service animals permitted.
What is your media pass policy?
Once every 12 months, qualifying media may request one complimentary media pass to Ripley’s Myrtle Beach Attractions and up to three passes per Attraction at a reduced rate.
All requests must be emailed to mbreception@ripleys.com with Media Pass Request in the subject line and sent at least two weeks prior to the media visit in order to verify employment and full-time status.
Please include a copy of your organization’s letterhead, a business card, and a link to or copy of your latest story and social media outlets.
An email confirmation will be sent to the requester from the Marketing and Public Relations Office at Ripley’s Myrtle Beach upon verification.
Tickets can only be picked up by the approved media contact at the Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach Guest Relations desk. Current photo ID and business card must be presented to receive tickets.
Ripley’s Marketing and Public Relations office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer 30% off for active military, veterans, first responders, and up to four members of their immediate family (spouses and children).
AAA members receive $2 off adult tickets and $1 off child tickets.
To receive the discount please mention the savings upon arrival and show proper ID. This discount is only available at the ticket counter and cannot be purchased online.

What procedures do you have in place to minimize the spread of illness among guests?
We take thorough steps to keep our attractions safe and promote a healthy environment. To protect our guests and associates, and prevent the spread of illness, we employ rigorous sanitation standards and robust cleaning procedures, including:
- Extensive training on maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace and environment for our guests.
- Appropriate personal protective clothing for those who are assigned cleaning duties.
- Procedures for cleaning and disinfection of areas throughout the day and where illness has been suspected or reported.
- Quick response to spills, trash, and other situations.
- Daily sanitation procedures for everything, including bathrooms, faucets and sinks, benches and trash cans.
We trust you to make your own choice as to whether you want to wear a face mask and ask that you respect the choices of our other guests.
We closely monitor local, state, and national public health authorities, and take their guidance when additional preventive measures are needed. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.
