A church in Budai, Taiwan, is fitted with 320 blue glass panes and shaped like a giant high-heeled shoe. 3. The Green Bay Packers have had a waiting list for season tickets since 1960. 4. A young couple in South Korea mistakenly vandalized a painting by artist Jonone worth more than $400,000 after assuming the paint cans and brushes next to the display invited contribution.
