Every three months, the IRS releases the "Quarterly Publication of Individuals , Who Have Chosen To Expatriate" - a list of people who willfully revoked their U.S. citizenship. 3. In 1928, Henry Ford turned part of Brazil's Amazon Rainforest into a rubber plantation and factory town called Fordlandia. It was a failure and abandoned in 1945.
